Jack Freedman is the Managing Member of Gold Equity Registrars CC which was incorporated in 1985 to act as Company Secretaries and Share Transfer Secretaries to companies listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and other companies.

The Corporation no longer acts as transfer secretaries but concentrates its efforts on providing company secretarial services, tax consulting and accounting services to various companies and individuals, both in the name of Jack Freedman and Gold Equity Registrars CC.
