JACK FREEDMAN - ABOUT US

Jack Freedman is an expert on Company Secretarial Practice having spent most of his life (43 years) working as a Company Secretary. He has extensive experience in correcting the statutory records of companies that have allowed their company secretarial records to fall in arrears for whatever reason.

He specialises in assisting subsidiaries of listed companies to up-date their records for year-end purposes. He has extensive experience in the preparation, practice, procedure and attendance at annual general meetings, having attended the second most number of annual general meetings held in South Africa.
